Council has prepared a draft Biodiversity Strategy for Eurobodalla.
Biodiversity means the variety of living things in our area. Eurobodalla’s natural environment is one of the things we value most. It supports the way we live, our local economy, and our sense of place. But biodiversity is under pressure from development, climate change, invasive species, and other human activities. The strategy will help us:
protect important species, habitats, and natural areas
plan for growth while protecting biodiversity
work with Traditional Owners and the community to care for Country.
Biodiversity is everyone’s responsibility. Your feedback will help us improve the draft strategy.
